रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि तीन से 12 महीने के थोड़े समय के लिए रियल एस्टेट की कीमतों में गिरावट आएगी और ब्याज दरें भी कम होनी शुरू हो जाएंगी। ओबेरॉय ने कहा, ‘खरीददारों के लिए रियल एस्टेट की कीमतों में गिरावट तो आएगी लेकिन ऐसी स्थिति नहीं आएगी जिससे अनिश्चितता फैल जाए। हमें उम्मीद है कि सेंकडरी मार्केट में कुछ संपत्ति फाइनैंशल स्ट्रेस की वजह से सस्ती होगी।’
